Social Media is now playing a big part in my internet marketing of international properties. I even started a new website entitled Social Media CIPS
For the past couple of years I’ve been actively involved in learning this new means of marketing through social media which has taken hold of our global marketing environment. I believe in total transparency of information in regards to real estate properties and hopefully since the general consensus is the need for complete trust online the international real estate community will embrace these concepts and use the social media venues to their best advantage. Gone are the days of “pocket listings” !
